Categorized disaster data means disaster information. The information becomes intelligence when they have a certain purpose. This is the basic idea. As an information officer, I have studied this and learned about intelligence, including field trips in the U.S.
There are some categories of intelligence, such as HUMINT (human intelligence), OSINT (open-source intelligence) IMINT (imagery intelligence).
